Community Day volunteers serve in 1 of 3 M Partner communities in North Mississippi: Charleston, Lexington, and New Albany. Volunteers will be engaging in beautification, cleanup, and other projects in these communities!

*Details of Service*
Transportation to and from the service site is provided for all volunteers. As a volunteer, you will receive a free t-shirt, breakfast, lunch from a local restaurant in the community you are serving in, and a snack on the day of service! Transportation is provided for all volunteers. You also have the option to attend an optional online pre-service meeting to learn more about the communities we will be serving in and gain some other valuable skills that will help you get the most of your day of service!

Community Day will kick off at 8 am on NOVEMBER 2ND, 2019. All volunteers will be back at the UM Campus by 4 pm. Volunteers are working in the communities for around 3 and a half hours, traveling for 2-4 hours, and have a one-hour lunch break. The rain date for this event is NOVEMBER 2ND. Please block this day off on your calendar as well!
